It was getting late, but you were far from tired. Quite the opposite actually, seeing as you were about to spend time with the one and only Sherlock Holmes. You smiled to yourself at the thought, secretly basking in the fact that you were able to visit him whenever you saw fit. He wasn’t always talkative or mentally present when you came over, but for you it was more than enough. Though to be fair, your free reign in 221B Baker Street was a rather new arrangement.
It had only been a month since you had told Sherlock how you felt about him (after he had saved you from committin

I Hunt Sins, Not Tragedies (Parody of P!ATD song)
Oh,
Well imagine,
As I’m pacing the pews in a church corridor,
And I can’t help but to hear,
No, I can’t help but to hear an exchanging of words:
“What a beautiful building! What a beautiful building!” says a huntress to a hunter.
“And, yes, but what a shame, what a shame the poor building’s with a ghost.”
I chime in
With a “Haven’t you people ever heard of, not messing with supernatural”
No-o, it’s much better to face these kinds of things
With a bunch of…
Well in fact,
Well I’ll look at it this way,
I mean technically the family’s saved
Well this cal

Two misfits.
One extraordinary love.
Eleanor... Red hair, wrong clothes. Standing behind him until he turns his head. Lying beside him until he wakes up. Making everyone else seem drabber and flatter and never good enough...Eleanor.
Park... He knows she'll love a song before he plays it for her. He laughs at her jokes before she ever gets to the punch line. There's a place on his chest, just below his throat, that makes her want to keep promises...Park.
Set over the course of one school year, this is the story of two star-crossed sixteen-year-olds—smart

Dante can swim. Ari can't. Dante is articulate and self-assured. Ari has a hard time with words and suffers from self-doubt. Dante gets lost in poetry and art. Ari gets lost in thoughts of his older brother who is in prison. Dante is fair skinned. Ari's features are much darker. It seems that a boy like Dante, with his open and unique perspective on life, would be the last person to break down the walls that Ari has built around himself.
But when Ari and Dante meet, they bond. They share books, thoughts, dreams, la

Coursework was a pain. Mid-semester grades were a pain. It wasn't as though you attended university thinking that it would be an easy ride, but despite your best efforts to stay on top of things, you found yourself falling short of the marks you'd hoped to earn. Discrete Mathematics, in particular, was driving you up a wall. You had done pretty well with high school algebra, but all this stuff about mathematical induction, recursion, and

The day of the expedition drew nearer. The scoundrel named Levi strode through the grounds at a brisk pace, simmering with restlessness. He never liked the idea of fate. Born a survivalist, he was used to having everything under the thumb of control. So long as he relied on his instincts, and that of his companions, he feared nothing.
But that was in the Underground. Here on the Surface World, he was out of his element. This game of intrigue with Erwin Smith left him on edge with every passing day. The Squad Leader was a formidable player - Levi couldn't get a reading on him at

Communication Barrier - ANGST!Bertholdt x Reader
For after all what is man in nature? A nothing in relation to infinity, all in relation to nothing, a central point between nothing and all and infinitely far from understanding either... He is equally incapable of seeing the nothingness out of which he was drawn and the infinite in which he is engulfed.
― Blaise Pascal, French philosopher, "Pascal's Wager"
Author's Notes:
[HEAVY manga spoiler warning, violence]
An angst fic written (or spoken, should I say?) from the viewpoint of Bertholdt Fubar, and how his world is turned upside down when the Reader comes into his life. Deals with alienation, dehumanization, self-identity,
I just finished watching Attack on Titan today and now I'm sad. (in more ways than one) I can not wait for the next season. I was on YouTube when I found some clips for the dub of AoT and I can not wait for that to come out! (It will give me a reason to re-watch it!!!) When I finished AoT, I was crying and my younger sister (by 19 mouths) and her friend (who did the most unforgivable thing and called anime a cartoon!) walked in and gave me a 'WTF' look before I began to rant... It sucks being the only otaku in the family. I mean my dentist, who I went to yesterday for a cleaning, has watched AoT!!!
